The SASS Range Operations & Safety Course is available to all SASS and SASA members. The course is delivered by accredited SASS Instructors at your home club, at selected above club level matches or at CHISHOLM TRAIL the SASS Australian Regional.

Contact your State Governor to ascertain when and where the next courses are being conducted.

In the meantime print out a copy of the SASS R.O. I Course materials and become familiar with the content in preparation for your course. Your course instructor will supply all materials required at the time you undertake your course.

On completion of the course SASS members will be issued with a certificate and yellow RO lapel pin. SASA members will be issued with a certificate and SASA pin indicating that they have undertaken and passed the course.

It is recommended by the world governing body SASS and SSAA SASA that all members undertake the Level I Course. To date this has proven to be effective in creating consistency across the matches.

Additional manuals and guideline documents are listed here for your use.
