2009 International SASS Territorial Governors Summit Sends A Clear message.

The 2009 Summit held in Las Vegas, NV saw one of the largest number of votes recorded at a Territorial Governors meeting to date. The clear message seemed to be that there needs to be a pause in the changing of rules to enable increased consistency in practical application across the international arena to be implemented. This premise follows on from the rationalisation of rules and procedures enacted after the 2008 Convention.
